Rock Up Adventures is a Hunter Valley Company with local knowledge and experience.
Our Instructors are accredited with Nationally Recognised Training in the outdoor recreation disciplines undertaken. We have considerable experience working with youth, creating and presenting programs and working with schools.
Our instructors have experience in the Army in addition to commercial and recreational experience in abseiling and rock climbing either single or multi pitch on natural or artificial surfaces.
Our experience includes working with “At Risk Youth”, school groups, bucks parties, novices through to the more adventurous enthusiast.
Rock climbing from beginners to the energetic enthusiast. We present a range of sites within local and easy travel to the more distant rocks of Katoomba and Bulladelah.
From trail walking to wilderness, we have experience in remote regions and are equipped to take on the task. Bush Walking can be for site seeing, visiting local or regional scenic wilderness or an enjoyable stroll through our local ranges. We have experience trekking Kokoda, training for trekking and preparation and advice on equipment selection for wilderness adventure.
Challenge activities and the team building environment have also grown in our capacity and you can help us create the program for you. What is it that you want to achieve? We can work with you to achieve the goal. From simple low risk team activity to the more advanced and complex problem solving activities to bring out the qualities or behaviours you desire to achieve or experience.
Low and High Ropes Challenges. These activities can be provided and supported for events and training. Suitable sites are required to set up using existing structures. These activities are conducted by qualified and experienced staff to achieve your requirements.
Working with Children and Youth. Current certificates are held by staff from the Commission for Young People and Youth, including NSW Police Checks.
